I had the honour and pleasure to be one of the Commonwealth Collective as part of the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham. I was selected as one of the Field of Play Medics in Athlete Medical treating and assisting gymnasts from across the Commonwealth. It was an amazing experience where I got to use and apply my skill set from my clinic work and Pitchside in an international arena. Over 44,000 people applied to work across the Games and I was one of 13,000 chosen and one of 2,000 in the medical team. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, particularly being able to be witness so many prestigious medal ceremonies for our Home Nations!
